We operate a telephone ‘triage’ appointment system. This is how it works:
If you have a medically urgent problem, call the surgery before 10am. We will take your name and telephone number and put you on the list for a call back from the GP. You will be called back by a clinician the same day. The clinician who calls you back will decide whether you need to be seen the same day based o ntheir conversation with you and will book a convenient time. They may be able to issue a prescription or give you advice over the telephone without you needing to come into the surgery.
Please note that ONLY URGENT MEDICAL CASES can be soon ON THE SAME DAY and not always with the clinician of your choice.
