Calder Community Practice closure
Follow a procurement process run by NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) in Calderdale it has been confirmed that Calder Community Practice will close on Friday 28 June 2024.
West Yorkshire ICB in Calderdale has been unable to find a new provider to provide GP services at the practice. A letter to all patients has been sent to confirm this.
We will continue to provide your GP services until the practice closes. All patients will be registered with the practice closest to their home address. You do not need to do anything. You will receive a letter to confirm which practice this is.
